The basis of the deck is to get out Elvish Piper as quick as possible and use its ability to put into play a Grozoth. Grozoth's ability will trigger, allowing you to search your library for any number of creatures with 9CMC, including Myojin of Life's Web. Cast Myojin's of Life's Web through Elvish Piper, and then remove it's divinity counter, allowing you drop all the 9CMC creatures in your hand.
