I think I will go with this build. Obviously the point of the deck is to play Cephalid Illusionist and target it unlimited times with Shuko to mill your self until three Narcomoebas show up on the battlefield. Then you Dread Return Iona, Shield of Emeria and Stormtide Leviathan for the lock down and for the win. It is possible to get the combo working by turn 2, and if not, I have some control to stall the oppenent.
