Given the strategy for flying bridges why not lean into it and flavor it a bit with affinity and ability counters? With multiple artifacts that have land or artifact affinity you will rarely cast anything for its full cmc. With your lands and creatures sprouting wings when you see fit you'll keep your opponents on their toes, and even if you do end up with fewer lands than you need use Freed from the Real or Galvanic Alchemist with either Abundant Growth and Dawn's Reflection on any blue land and never worry about mana again.
