I Hardcast Emrakul

Modern Budget Eldrazi

doodle_Bob

This is the current build I currently use to piss off my friends at school. They call it "Unfair" because I can generate so much mana at once.

Creatures

Eldrazi Mimic is one of the low cost, high value creatures early on in the game. Not only can it be a chump blocker in the early game, but in the late game it can be one of your biggest creatures on your side of the battlefield.

Endless One is a mana dump I mainly use to get out a huge creature whenever I don't have a titan in my hand. Goes well with mimic.

Oblivion Sower helps me get a lot of lands out. This helps me a lot in reaching my goal of hardcasting an Emrakul. CHEATING EM OUT IS FOR PUSSIES!

Reality Smasher provides amazing value for 5. Not only is it a 5/5 that counters any spell that touches it, unless if they discard a card of course, BUT IT HAS TRAMPLE AND HASTE! WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE???? The smasher also provides 14 damage on turn 3 if you have a mimic and a 4/4 endless one.

Conduit of Ruin is a great card for helping cast your eldrazis, and tutoring for them. The one downside is that you have to put the card on top of your library instead of your hand. Good body too.

Kozilek, the Great Distortion is 1 of the 3 newer titans that came within the span of the BFZ-SOI block. It has some evasion as a 12/12 with menace, but it doesn't have immunity to stuff like removal. You could discard a dead card from your hand to counter a spell with the same CMC as the spell on the stack, but is rarely used. The main reason why I use this is it's potential to refill your hand. I would've ran Kozilek, Butcher of Truth but that only guarantees 4 card, plus it's like 30 bucks.

Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is the second of the eldrazi titans in this deck. I wanted to sell em and get Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, but this one provided more value, as a 10/10 for 10 instead of a 10/10 for 11. Plus, you can even mill your opponent to death and exile two threats you don't want sticking around.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. The big mama. She is a powerful creature that gets you a 15/15 flyer, with annihilator 6. It also is immune to anything colored. You guys may be asking, "Emrakul is 40 dollars, so why are you complaining about Kozilek being too expensive?". The reason why is my friend who was quitting magic at the time, traded me his eldrazi deck, which this is based off of, for my budget-friendly GR dragon deck. I asked why, and he said that he didn't care and that he was quitting soon. Not to mention he was gonna burn all of his cards about a week later. So the deck went to me, and a couple days later he gave me his Emrakul, and I still use it to remember the days of "Magic Hell" when he played it in 7th grade.

Arbor Elf. You guys may be thinking "WHAAAAAT??", but I think it is a great addition. The reason being that I run Overgrowth and forests. Soooooo, you know, get a bunch of mana, cast Emrakul then win!

Non Creature Spells

Sylan Scrying gets your lands that you need. Need an Eldrazi Temple, then go ahead and grab it!

Titan's Presence is good COLORLESS removal at 3 mana. Though you have to reveal a colorless creature from your hand, you have some pretty darn big ones to show off to the rest of the table.

Overgrowth allows you to get 2 green mana when tapping the enchanted land. Stick it on a forest and suddenly you have 3 mana lands that you can untap with Arbor Elf.

Lands

Eldrazi Temple is literally in every eldrazi build ever.

Sanctum of Ugin helps us tutor for creatures that we need.

Shrine of the Forsaken Gods helps us get more mana in the late game.
