A little Azorius flyers/birds deck, designed to be super budget as well as modern legal. There's also a bit of control, just because. Advice is more than welcome.

Strategy: Throw cards like Battlefield Raptor and Judge's Familiar on to the table, and then make them big with Empyrean Eagle and Favorable Winds. Alternatively,use Skycat Sovereign to get a huge flyer, and Sephara, Sky's Blade to make the birds indestructible. Finally, use Rally of Wings to finish off the game (hopefully).
