Docent of Perfection, spoiled in Eldritch Moon, seemed like the end of the Delver of Secrets trilogy, which reminded me of Cell. This is my first theme deck, so I wanted to include the major players and places while keeping it somewhat playable.

Characters

To increase playability most of the characters are wizards to recieve the bonus from Final Iteration  

Cell

Delver of Secrets = Imperfect Cell

Aberrant Researcher = Semi-Perfect Cell

Docent of Perfection = Perfect Cell

The 1/1 Wizard tokens are the perfect use of Cell Jr.

The Androids

The Androids are appropriately artifact creatures, Androids 17 & 18 are conveniently wizards.

Wizard Replica = Android 18: I feel like her having the counter ability is appropriate since she later switches sides

Neurok Replica = Android 17

Cathedral Membrane = Android 16: still complete with Self Destruct Device before Bulma removed it

The Saiyans

Each of the Saiyans is a creature with Level Up (conveniently wizards) to represent them going Super Saiyan.

Lighthouse Chronologist = Goku: not too many heroes are as good at wasting time as Goku (Spirit Bomb anyone), or have come back from the dead as many times, so some extra turns seemed fitting

Echo Mage = Gohan: to be the best, learn from the best, or simply copy what they cast

Enclave Cryptologist = Future Trunks: card draw, its about as close to knowing the future as I am going to get

Skywatcher Adept = Vegeta: last blue wizard with level up, sadly no cool abilities

Grand Coliseum = Cell's Tournament Platform

Plateau = Background of the Cell Games

Tropical Island = Tropical Islands: where Cell absorbs Androids 17 & 18 (I lump Volcanic Island in here)

Oboro, Palace in the Clouds = Kami's Lookout:

Arcane Sanctum = Hyperbolic Time Chamber:

Crumbling Necropolis = Gingertown: where Cell makes his first appearance and absorbs the population

City of Brass = Orange Star City/Hercule City: Orange Star City was renamed Hercule City(Satan City) after Hercule/Satan won The Cell Games

Spells & Misc.

Dueling Grounds = The Cell Games: the representation of the games one on one nature

Medicine Bag = Senzu Beans:

Deathreap Ritual/Brimstone Volley/Tragic Slip = The boost of power the other Z fighters gain when one of them falls

Turn Aside = The blocked and deflected attacks that occur

Heat Ray = Kamehameha!!

Ponder = Represents the time characters spend thinking/talking/glaring instead of moving the plot along

Brainstorm = Honestly I needed library manipulation

I originally had more characters, such as Piccolo, Kami, and Dr. Gero, but I wanted to keep the size under control and I needed many instants to make the deck playable.

The deck strives to make use of Final Iteration   with the many wizards in the deck and the tokens made by Docent of Perfection and its flip side.
