As my first time getting into Standard, I decided to build a Blue/Black artifact deck as cheaply as possible. The deck focuses on using artifacts with cards like Skilled Animator to defeat my opponent, with some control play mixed in.

Here are some notes about the deck: - As Kaladesh and Amonkhet blocks will be rotating out soon, I decided not to use any cards from them. - I've decided strictly to use low-price cards, which is why I'm not running powerful and expensive cards like Karn, Scion of Urza. The exception is cards I already own and that I'm not using for anything. - This deck is designed to be played once Core Set 2019 is legal in Standard, since much of the deck uses cards like Phylactery Lich.

I'd just like to get the wider public's opinion on this deck and what could be improved or changed about it while staying true to the original design goals.
