A mono blue wizard combo deck that uses Laboratory Maniac to win.

The combo is to play Enter the Infinite while Omniscience is already out which allows you to play any card in the entire deck for free. Play Laboratory Maniac and then use a spell or one of the other creature's abilities to draw cards until you trigger its activated ability.

Everything else in the deck is related to either defending yourself, drawing out the needed cards, and getting enough mana to cast Omniscience. I'm open to any suggestions that can speed this process up.
