The overall tactics of this deck are:

1) Pain them in discard. The best combination for pain will be with Liliana's Caress in play, then there are many instances (both in creatures and sorceries) where discard options transpire.

If, for some reason, Liliana's Caress doesn't see play, then:

2) The discarding actions will power the Necrotic Oozes. I've added this angle for this reason, as well as anticipating a lot of Innistrad cards in my play group soon.

I am still working through the right ratio of cards to have in the deck, so my Side Board is more of a list of cards that I am considering, or cards that are extras from the 4x stacks I built this from.

It simply came down that the Necrotic Oozes aren't working as well as intended or thought. So much depends on the opposing players creatures and my ability to litter my deck with activated abilities that they were useless, if they ever saw play.
