Playing MTG Arena, I discovered Tempest Djinn. I know this is a Dominaria rare and shouldn't be a huge discovery, but alas, I hadn't spent money in Magic lately. I was wondering if I could build something aggroish, similar to green stompy decks, but still using blue cards to bounce, counter and draw.
