This is basically a u/b control deck that formed from an evasive Distortion Strike infect deck I once had. The concept is basically limiting my opponent's options while hooking a sword on an evasive creature or pumping the creature (if it is an artifact) with Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas's second ability.
