Here is an ultra budget standard 2021 deck. It should be ~$5 once you click through to TCGPlayer and optimize the cart. The goal is to have Colossification in the graveyard through the discard on Thrill of Possibility and Merchant of the Vale, or milled by Excavation Mole. Then you want to play Storm Herald into Fling to deal 20+ damage to the opponent. Setessan Training can give trample instead of needing fling, or you can put it on the Excavation Mole, but then you need Claim the Firstborn to untap for the attack. Omen of the Forge can help remove small targets and then scry through your deck. Track Down and Inquisitive Puppet also help dig for pieces. The puppet can also come down as a blocker. Ilysian Caryatid helps ramp, and can tap for two when the Herald enters if they bring back either Aura.

The sideboard has another option to untap and another possible way to win with Colossification if you can get the trample too, but Claim the Firstborn is a more flexible untapping tool.

If you want to convert this to Modern, you gain access to Thud as an extra Fling, and you get Commune with the Gods and Benefaction of Rhonas which can dump your Auras straight into the graveyard. You can also drop the Mantle for either Epic Proportions or Prodigious Growth, which gives trample and means you don't need a Fling necessarily, but those still aren't immediate game winners.

This was inspired by a user named 5dollarmtg, who would make weekly modern decks for $5, but has recently gone into (temporary?) retirement, after posting their 100th deck. They are definitely worth checking out if you liked this.
