An idea that I came up with while digging through bulk, Democracy is built very simply: Get out as many copies of Brago's Representative and Ballot Broker as possible, then bounce and flicker Orchard Elemental and Lieutenants of the Guard until you've generated enough life and tokens to win. Also includes some other flicker-able creatures like Thraben Inspector, Wood Elves, and Heliod's Pilgrim. Suggestions welcome!
