This is a budget turn 2 combo deck. The combo in this deck is Blistercoil Weird with Paradise Mantle. You equip mantle to Weird so it can tap for mana. You tap it for mana, use that mana to cast a cantrip, and because you've cast an instant/sorcery, you get to untap weird, then repeat.

A keepable hand for this deck has Blistercoil Weird a Paradise Mantle, and a land.

Turn 1, play a land and Blistercoil Weird. Turn 2, play a land, if you have one, play a Mantle, and equip it. Then Cycle through the deck with the combo. Weird will grow in power, and you can play Fist of Flame to grow weird, and attack for the win. This card takes the place of Grapeshot in most storm decks.

If one of the pieces gets countered or removed, use Noxious Revival to bring it back, and try again next turn. When you're popping off, you can use it to put one of your better cantrips back on the top.

If your opponent has exile effects or multiple removal spells In a single turn (Mono-Red), side in Apostle's Blessing.
