Slitherwisp is an INSANE card. Absolutely bonkers.

Brazen Borrower for tempo, Blacklance Paragon for removal, Ashiok's Erasure to get rid of our opponents best few spells. Spectral Sailor and Sea-Dasher Octopus to draw even more cards.

Flash, whether it be Dimir or Sultai, will be an outrageous deck in standard. I look forward to tweaking this all season.
