I'm trying to build "superbudget" decks with a value of 10 USD or less. They're not going to be competitive, but they're great for teaching and learning the game and for people who don't want to drop a ton of money. This one is a aggro build, with lots of low mana creatures with haste, flying, and first strike to overwhelm the opponent quickly.

Goblin Guide would be a good addition to the deck with a higher budget. Bringing 2 hasty power for just , it provides a major boost to speed and damage.
