This is the latest in my $10 series--decks made not for the tournament table but for the kitchen table, designed for new players and people without a lot of money. This one is all about saying "You can't have that." With a steady supply of discard and exile-from-hand effects, and the ability to lock down opposing creatures, your opponent will be helpless, counting down the last few life points until their inevitable loss.

To improve this deck with a bigger budget, a great place to start is improving the discard spells. Thoughtseize is a tournament staple, and with good reason. It can force any nonland card to be discarded for a pittance of a life payment, which you can quickly recover.
