Cheap Modern Blue red deck. Tempo with blast and scry to control draw, "Thing in the ice" and "Delver of Secret" to kill.

I'll choose "Rise from the tides" for non duel games. Otherwise its better to play spell like "Remand" in 1v1 format instead of "Rise from the tides".
