Ocelot Pride
Creature — Cat
First strike, lifelink
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
At the beginning of your end step, if you gained life this turn, create a 1/1 white Cat creature token. Then if you have the city's blessing, for each token you control that entered the battlefield this turn, create a token that's a copy of it.

Hey ShadowMasterNL, thanks for stopping by! I've played this deck several times now and got to play Ocelot Pride a couple of times. I'll keep it short: This card is bonkers! Sometimes there's oppos without blockers and if you're able to untap the Balloon man you can create a copy of your favorite thing AND the cat itself. In that case you usually have a free attack with the flying balloon copy which triggers life gain, and then you'll have a looooot of triggers in the endstep! If it wasn't for the price tag I'd say give this cat a try!!
Do you have your decklist somewhere online? What are your favourite creatures to make balloons of??

Boros Reckoner is classic stuff... this deck seems super fun. What do you think of Ocelot Pride to help accelerate into your blasphemous acts and provide a little bit of extra meat on the board for a more grindy game? Same with the MH3 Ajani. These would also serve to bait out removal and leave the path clear for your reckoning. These cards are what make Boros Energy so powerful and I don't see why you couldn't take advantage too. One more suggestion, I'm also a big fan of Surgical Extraction in the board as opposed to Soul-Guide Lantern because it's instant speed and much harder for reanimator to play around, plus it's valuable vs non-reanimator strategies to pick apart their deck. Meltdown is also very good right now I think better than Cast into the Fire for artifact hate, and I also like Ricochet Trap for anti-countermagic. 4 sideboard blood moon also seems like lot I think generally it's good to have a more diverse range of sideboard cards instead of going all in on 1 card.

I enjoy that you are trying to go your own way with this. It is a nice theme and build.
During goldfish playtest, my hand was cluttered with many graveyard recursion cards in the early game. I would have liked more draw instead, which seems it would be a more reliable source of creatures to cast for this deck.
I would be curious to try Ravos, Soultender *f-etch* instead of Tevesh Szat as a Partner and having more early draw engines in the 99.
Some noticeable absentees from this list are Delney, Streetwise Lookout and Mondrak, Glory Dominus. I would understand Mondrak being prohibitive to acquire but Delney seems like an auto-include and great redundancy for Sidar Kondo. An Ocelot Pride would also do wonders in here.
My favourite white card is Reconnaissance, just mentioning it in case it is not on your radar.
For your specific questions, if you are looking to go full-on with Hare Apparent, you could go up to 28. Personally, I like keeping it where you are and having a bit more diversity of tactics.
34 lands is risky, and I would use 36.
Hope this helps!

Firja's Retribution seems like a perfect fit. Also, Ocelot Pride (maybe) and Bishop of Wings. Leyline of the Guildpact is another potential addition.

Crow_Umbra This is the fun of token copy shenanigans! So many cards that get fun with lifegain, Ocelot Pride, Crested Sunmare, or even things like Attended Healer with Bennie Bracks, Zoologist or Wolverine Riders, Tendershoot Dryad etc. if your goal is to go real wide. And that's before we talk about other fun Myriad, Embalm, or copy cards.
I am realizing I need to wait to the official rules release but if I am reading this right then I should be able to cast clone cards with offspring, allowing to me to be really versatile in my copy token targets. This has always been my favorite part of the deck, it always feels new to play because its versatile and will always be different based on what friends are at the table are running.
I do like the populate I am just hoping it doesn't seem too OP or overly customized to the table so I figured before I deep dive deck building I'd see if anyone else had any ideas (:
-- Seeing your second comment Faerie Artisans are the OG powerhouse of the populate deck because they stick around when they're made with populate! I love the card and ability, but it is definitely one my table has learned to groan at on sight so if my commander had a similar ability I think I'd get some sideye haha.
I definitely like the timing/restriction idea for either ability. I kind of saw populate as the kids sticking around and helping her around the house/with the younger kids. Any thoughts on restrictions for offspring? Only on my turn seems kind of uninspired but it was my first thought

Will you be adding Ocelot Pride? Think it's worth replacing for any on the one drop afterlife creatures? Trying to find a home for it in my own build and think I may pull Garrison Cat for it. Marionette Apprentice Seems like another great addition but having an even harder time finding room for that one.

The newly spoiled Indebted Spirit in MH3 looks like a slam dunk! Either is functions as a 1 drop token generating death trigger, or for 3 it doubles as a Ministrant of Obligation. Ocelot Pride seems like a powerhouse, but I imagine it's going to be pretty expensive...
