Looking at a rudimentary Scryfall search, I see a number of cards that could replace Autochthon Worm for effect and at a lower dollar value: Rust Goliath, Woodcaller Automaton, Ancient Stone Idol, Decimator of the Provinces, Shadow of Mortality, Thrasta, Tempest's Roar, Explosive Singularity and Volcanic Salvo are all MV 10 or higher and (as of this writing) $1 or less. The latter two are harder to fetch with your infrastructure, but have the added benefit of being other ways to potentially finish off the opponent... though the odds of surviving long enough to hardcast them seem remote.
Saving $8 only goes so far, but you know me: always looking for the monetarily cheapest execution of an idea. And I love this idea.

I realize that this might be a total meme, but if there were ever a deck that could actually use Explosive Singularity... This is it.
For real, a buddy of mine used to play this deck when it was in standard, it's super cool. Never thought to port it to pioneer, but it gets a lot of nice upgrades, huh?
Only thing that seems odd to me is no YP, as mentioned above. It's certainly not as strong in 2022 as it once was, but I still think it could potentially make the cut in a deck like this.

Cards to consider:
Experimental Overload, Explosive Singularity, Flamespeaker Adept, Goblin Electromancer, Temporal Trespass, Time Stretch and Volcanic Salvo.
I'm especially gonna insist on Flamespeaker Adept because of all the Scry you'll have going on. Temporal Trespass is doable because of all the permanent spells currently in your deck. I hope this helps. Happy Hunting!

I think I'd cut Captive Audience, Avatar of Woe, Explosive Singularity, Pyrokinesis, and Rise of the Dark Realms, at the least. Some of the damage multipliers you've got could speed up your game clock, so some of those could probably stay, but some playtesting can help you decide further.

The fact that Universal Surveillance has improvise makes me wish that Explosive Singularity had convoke, as that would have saved much text on that card.
Drumbellower is awesome, and I cannot believe that it took WotC so long to print such a card, but why is it only a 2/1, for three mana? It could easily have been a 2/2, a 1/3, or even a 2/3, and not been overpowered for that cost. None of my current decks can use it, but I shall be certain to keep room for it in any future deck that I build that contains white but not green, and I do hope that WotC reprints it, to keep it available and affordable.
Most of the reprints in the accompanying Commander set are underwhelming, although several of them do have nice new artwork; why does it feel as if WotC is reprinting some of the same cards repeatedly? I am annoyed at another reprint of Exotic Orchard when Reflecting Pool is in much greater need of a reprint. If I did not know any better, I would say that WotC is being spiteful by deliberately not reprinting expensive cards, simply to torment the players.
