I know we did Nissa, but I had been thinking of this prompt and a different Nissa and had been wanting to submit it but haven't been able to get to my computer until now. So here's my submission and then we can continue with other shifted walkers.

Nissa, Tectonic Vengeance

Legendary Planeswalker - Nissa

+2 Creatures without flying can't block this turn.

-3 Destroy target land. You lose 1 life.

-5 Each opponent gets an emblem with, "At the beginning of your upkeep, this emblem deals damage to you equal to the number of land cards in your graveyard."

Basically she's a Tectonic Rift that can happen over and over again. Or Magmatic Chasm + Earth Rift . That makes her truly the opposite of what she is in green. Don't underestimate her ultimate, either; in a multiplayer edh format, everybody has fetchlands, sac lands, cycling lands, and Evolving Wilds and Fabled Passage and Lotus Field ... I mean, her ultimate hits everybody, and makes people think about filtering cards from their hands. It gets through their pillow forts and their deathtouch armies, and puts a clock on each opponent. And for opponents who don't put lands into their graveyard (maybe mono colored opponents), she comes with an ability that helps with that. :)

So yeah, the former challenge remains

I would cut some of the less impactful cards and replace them with mana rocks and card draw spells. I'm not sure if the defender & elemental tribal themes are helping at all either, I would cut them all and focus on supporting the dragon strategy. Dragons are great blockers, you just need a bunch of mana rocks to cast them a tad earlier. 2 CMC mana rocks like Coldsteel Heart, Fellwar Stone, Izzet Signet, Boros Signet, and Azorius Signet are best, but any "taps for mana" artifacts would do I think. Looks like it could be a fun deck once it gets going. I would also use smaller cantrips like Brainstorm, Preordain, Ponder, Serum Visions, and Sleight of Hand to help you smooth out draws and find your mana early.

I know I'm suggesting some big changes, but I think they will improve the deck's performance tremendously. Cards I saw to cut in addition to the defender & elemental themes: Narset, Enlightened Master, Crown of Empires, Fortune Thief, Soaring Hope, Earth Rift, and Flowstone Flood.

Woah, you created the archetype? What's your mtgo name, I think I may have played against you a few times

Yeah, that's true about the signets. I think there's merit to playing both. The truth is I'm sure you're right about the signets being better, but I've gotten blown out by regular tron enough to want to make the splash for Earth Rift more feasible. I also like the torch for just ending games on the spot if I need to, because grinding an opponent out with Curse can be annoying for both parties.
