Help with X Burn

What cards are there similar to Burn from Within that are budget friendly I can use to spend infinite mana on? I am looking for any color of cards that kill target or each opponent other than blUe.

Red Sun's Zenith is reusable and Comet Storm can hit multiple targets.

As for other colors of stuff, the entire Zenith cycle (White Sun's Zenith), Debt to the Deathless, Exsanguinate, Untamed Might

Here's my plan. Turn 1, Plains. Turn 2, Forest, Vizier of Remedies. Turn 3, some land for the X card, Devoted Druid, X burn for 9001 dmg to target player.
