Actually instead of Orzhov Charm. I am switching Pyromancer to Dark Confidant. The card advantage is more important and pyro kind of just sits and does nothing.

Hello there. Did you read the rules, regarding posting your deck to the "Advertise your deck" forum?

I feel that if any one plays Tokens, or uses Fatal Push, that you will have a tough time playing Magic. A card that would help you on this "Anti-Kitchen Finks/"You can't touch me" deck, would be Leyline of Sanctity. Hell, maybe even Grand Abolisher would control your game better. Anyhow, interesting concept. +1.

Hi there.

Anastasius: This is an interesting take on , but in my personal opinion - could use a small amount of work. I feel that you need a few more aggresive threats and maybe a Planeswalker or two. I like Sorin, Solemn Visitor. I also think that maybe (maybe) Fleecemane Lion is very nice, for just . I also like Rakshasa Deathdealer.

bsherrer: This person's finances and ability to have fun, construct a deck, and or post what ever they want onto the Tappedout community - is entirely irrelevant. They are...what, $14 dollars out of budget range (depending who you ask) and that qualifies questioning. Interesting. I feel that this is actually a a well designed 75 -that does not cost 100's or even potentially 1000's. Help them out. You are among one of the budget Kings/Queens on this site.

Thanks for the suggestion and up vote brotha! I too refer to these colors as the Salty. I have a friend named Rob - who named it that, due to being sour towards the way it decimated his Token deck. I will have to test it out (Architects of Will). It seems like a Street Wraith. It has the 2 card types, the instant speed, uncounterable draw, and late game may act as a win con.

Sure. I could give this deck a run. I may make some changes, and present them before you. I will play between 4-5 rounds with it and then let you know how I feel.

Adding those additional lands is a great start. Your experience of the deck beats mine, so if you feel it has to go - it has to go.

I would like to help, but if I may, what was it exactly that you were asking about 7 mana? Are you asking if the deck can function on only 7 mana?

Thank you. Truly. You know what...I have been wanting to do that. I am going to remove the 2x Cryptic Command, for 2x Esper Charm. I will let you know how it feels and the match updates. So far - this deck has been a house. I have also used Sorin, Solemn Visitor in lieu of Cryptic Command. The ability to get off an ultimate in 2 turns, and rack up some life was pretty sweet.

I too like Geist of Saint Traft, but I personally feel that Spell Queller is the real deal. I like it mostly because it forces control to tap on their turn - paired with nearly all instants and flash creatures.

To answer your question regarding the delve spells - no, 6 is not too much. In fact, I have considered ways to incorporate Logic Knot. I primarily play , so this deck gave me the freedom to not worry about my grave as much (Tarmogoyf based decks). The main reason behind 6 delve spells is that I want to be sure that I have them, for my Turn 2 play. On Turn 2 I either drop a Gurmag Angler and or a Tasigur, the Golden Fang - Tasigur allows a mana to be left open for Stubborn Denial/bluff and or whatever else like a Fatal Push. Playing 12 draw/replacement spells (Mishra's Bauble, Thought Scour, and Serum Visions) creates for a strategy that reliably allows for a successful lowed land count. Honestly - on paper one would assume that so many draw spells create an over saturation of the deck and not enough "power" slots, but in theory the more we fetch and draw cards - the more we slim the decks fat and get into the core of the deck. I also must add that when you use Thought Scour and put a Lingering Souls into the graveyard - it feels like cheating.

Once again my friend, thank you.

The first thing that I would do is add more lands. For a deck with as many higher converted mana cost spells - I would want at least 22. The difficult part is finding out what to remove.

I liked that I was able to discover new red cards that could be used in Commander and or in general. Hopefully that answered your question.

+1 for sure. This looks fun. Have you considered a 4x Lingering Souls?

September 10, 2017 11:39 a.m.

The explanation behind any sort of direct damage spell in aggro is to essentially "cheat" in a few combat steps. That is all. In all honesty, Lightning Bolt is far superior to all cards being presented before Happymaster19 regarding any sort of "damage/loss of life." Let's not get fancy and complicate the game when it deals 3 damage - directed anywhere - for .

September 8, 2017 1:31 a.m.

Lightning Bolt can just be pitched, for the anthem. It will always be greater than Fiery Temper even in those niche situations. Alms of the Vein is just better if we were to truly examine that statement.
