Help me tune this Duskmantle combo deck

I don't have a sideboard in that list yet, on MTGO I just threw in some random good UB control / draw power to help me reach the combo.
Anybody have experience playing this deck that can give me some pointers? I want to get the combo more reliably so I guess that means dropping control for draw / scry?
I realize Slither Blade is a bit weird but I like having an option to make the opponent lose life easily once the combo is out, in case I don't have mana for one of my life loss spells.
Any and all suggestions appreciated!

That's an excellent suggestion, thank you. For some reason I only searched blue and black phyrexian mana for life loss options.

What do you do against Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or any other graveshuffler in their deck?

smackjack I don't really need answers for straight up mill counters. I just built this as a cheap, fun infinite combo deck for MTGO. So I don't mind if certain decks can shut me down easily. If I can pull off the combo one in ten games I'm happy.

smackjack also its not only infinite mill but infinite life loss so it doesnt matter if they shuffle back in.

If you aren't worried about budget, 2x more Thoughtseize instead of Durress is not a bad idea. It seems like Dusk/Crank is your only win condition as well, maybe replace Opt with Thought Scour and add a few other cheap mill spells with the goal of kicking out Jace's Phantasm as. 5/5 flyer on T2. Archive Trap, Tome Scour and Glimpse are all good.

Aether Vial allows a turn 3 kill with Gut Shot or Slaughter Pact. Thoughtscour is your go-to cantrip as it can spark the combo as well. Ghost Quarter is another great way to start it up. Spellskite, Academy Ruins and Muddle the Mixture are also cards to consider. Definitely get more thoughtseize.

With some fetches and Thoughtscour, Tasigur, the Golden Fang can comfortably hit turn 2 and work as an alt wincon along side a couple Creeping Tar Pit and maybe some Vendilion Clique

Gut Shot would be better than Slither Blade. "Free" damage that cant be bolted/pathed/slipped/bladed/lilied..
