Lower cost Prince of Thralls?

hey so I'm building a board wipe deck and thought this card would be perfect. But it's mana cost is kinda ridiculous. Anything cheaper for less and does somewhat the same?Doing an all color edh deck!

Well... It That Betrays does it for every permanent, but that's a lot of mana.
Tariel, Reckoner of Souls gets creatures. Rise of the Dark Realms too.
I mean, that ability costs a lot for a reason, one does not simply take opponent's cards and put them into play under your control without paying a steep cost.
It would also help if we knew what format this was for.

Dang you're right. It's an expensive move Just really worth it. But Grave Betrayal should work better since it's ongoing and black. My deck is leaned towards black! Commander is the format.

You could always go with cards that make it less to cast such as Nightscape Familiar or Ruby Medallion/Sapphire Medallion/Jet Medallion.

Maybe just add a bunch of mana-rocks? You said there's a board-wipe subtheme so cards like Unstable Obelisk might fit

Child of Alara for general. Uhhh... Can't think of anything, really. At least not for cheap. You can have stuff like Grave Pact for additional value or Bloodchief Ascension burn for stuff hitting the bin.
