Tibor and Lumia Build

So I've decided to build a Tibor and Lumia deck but had a few questions for those who have experience with this deck. I'm attempting to construct a control deck (not necessarily with a ton of counters) using T&L's ability to nuke non-fliers. Basilisk Collar, Gorgon's Head, Charisma, Neko-Te ect can control creatures by destroying, stealing or tapping them. The questions:
Is flier tribal a viable strategy with Wee Dragonauts type creatures? This allows me to forego the Levitation type spells for more cantrips. It also further enables shenanigans with Repercussion.
Should I not exclude non-fliers bc T&L's ability isn't difficult to give your board flying? This allows me to run more utility creatures but they would be at the whim of T&L. Cards like Nivix Cyclops , Goblin Electromancer ect. come to mind
Lastly, should I opt for more evasion based cantrips (1-2 drops) that enable my beefies to punch through rather than other more expensive card draw sorceries or instants? It makes sense bc casting numerous spells a turn can potentially pump up my creatures and control the board all the while refilling my hand.
Any other tidbits of advice would also be appreciated. Including other better strategies than my spellslinger/aggro hybrid. Thanks!
Hmm, didn't even think of Thopter Spy Network. But then again if I'm running a lot of fliers then Coastal Piracy/Bident of Thassa might also work for the draw.
I did actually think about Akroma's Memorial but thought it might backfire. I will say that T&L is a double-edged sword lol unless you run fliers or Levitation. AK would protect my creatures from Blasphemous Act with Repercussion on the BF...

It's a bit of a double-edged sword, but you could run Akroma's Memorial in your deck. It means you can't take advantage of a lot of double-strike spells, however your creatures also wouldn't take damage from Tibor and Lumia.
Cards like Thopter Spy Network are good in that they churn out flying tokens, and you're going to be in red/blue, meaning you're going to have a bunch of artifacts.
