Inspired by Gattison's Millton, Massachusetts build, this deck is an embellishment on the milling aspect. I'm hoping to run this at my local Paper Pauper scene, so let me know what you think! Hopefully, a mill deck can throw a new facet onto the developing Paper Pauper movement.

The Point of the Deck:

• Ideally open with Tome Scour, Chronic Flooding, 1-2 bodies and 3-4 Islands.
• Build the opponent's frustration early, forcing hard decisions.
• Treat the deck as the life total. In Pauper, there are only so many negation options.
• Race to the finish or laugh as you die!
