alright now, this is a very experimental idea (that i haven't yet gotten to test). as it stands i have been using b/w soul-sister spirits for fnm, and a card that always did work was the not-so-legendary raise the alarm, it almost always gave me two life, then swung for either 4, 6 if they had nothing on board, or 2 and then gave me 2/3 spirits postcombat.
as such, i was aware of the card Dragon Fodder and its flavorless copy, Krenko's Command, then i was browsing mtgsalvation and i saw a deck profile for r/u day of dragons goblins. it was a legacy/vintage deck that used all the goblin token producers and mana ramp to get off such things as Day of dragons or an overloaded Dragon Shift to finish the opponent.one giving 5/5 dragons for all your creatures and the other turning your creatures into 4/4 dragons (skipping a lot of summon sickness in the meanwhile). from that i decided to turn this into a weenie deck, then as time went i slowly changed my idea to give me a more token based deck. then i saw empty the warrens and decided that i would try some storm like things in the deck. using Battle Hymn and Infernal Plunge i devised a plan that would give me an enormous amount of power turn 3 or 4, based on whether or not i get the famous Guttersnipe who slaps 2 more damage to everything i do.
in the maybe board i have some remnants of the older version of the deck, more counter and Goblin Electromancer for some cost reduction, but this deck is intended to be atleast a little budget so i cut them as to avoid getting the buddy lands, pain lands, fetch lands, and of course the dual lands, which would increase the deck value by (4x4 + 4x4 + 7x4+30x4 = bill gates)
we als side some burn spells, goblin grenade plus guttersnipe equals a 3 hit kill, ib gives us goblins in exchange for our late game plays, and burn at the stake gives our goblins what amounts to plus 2, unblockable, and haste.
