Deck is pretty simple: summon weak, non-threatening creatures that help you ramp a little and get a bit of card advantage. From there, cast Approach of the Second Sun from the command zone and let it shuffle into your deck. Laugh as you now just constantly protect yourself with Fog-like cards and draw into Approach of the Second Sun to win the game. Simple, but rather effective. On average, this deck can go off by turn 10. I haven't ever played noble, so I don't know if that is fast or not, but whatever; that isn't bad in my book.
