Looking to create a Joraga Warcaller and Immaculate Magistrate elf deck with some blue splashed in for Master Biomancer and possibly some control aspects.

I put this together and have had a few chances to play it. The synergy with Joraga works well. However I feel, after second thoughts and play testing, that Evolution Vat is too slow and expensive.

Currently I swapped the Evo Vats for Counterspells.

Looking for input on blue cards to add for this concept.

I also thought about replacing the Evo Vats and two of the Intruder Alarms with 4x Kalonian Hydra and 2x Elvish Piper.

Hydras would help boost any Joraga’s and give me more power. Pipers would help me get them out as well as conserve mana to play spells or kick Joraga.

Any advice is welcome though I do not wish to change my color scheme.
