Black spells used to look into opponent's hand and force a discard and all creatures have some type of discard effect to compliment. Waste not to take advantage of opponent's discards, and blue counters to keep the wheels turning. Liliana Vess' +1 ability and The Chain Veil means 2 discards per turn just from her. Siren of the Silent song coupled with Thassa's Ire (or Crypsis/Triton's Tactics) causes a mill/discard when they tap/untap. Thassa's Ire included to add more tap/untap steps. I may add a sideboard Dictate of Erebos so that whenever one of my creatures dies(from combat or by sacrificing it to tormented thoughts) my opponent has to sacrifice a creature as well. Any suggestions on improving this deck concept? I would like to know if this deck will be fast enough to play in my local standard tournament.
