A mono-blue control oriented deck. Counterspells, bounce effects, and other control effects lock down the board and ruin my opponent's strategy so my creatures can attack the opponent unhindered.

This deck has proven itself reliable and very annoying, but suggestions are greatly appreciated. Just please no expensive suggestions. The only reason Thassa, God of the Sea is here is because I pulled her at a draft.
