First time building a deck on here, and would greatly appreciate any advice. This deck is meant to be a budget friendly dragon deck so those who don't have much money still have a fun deck to play with.

Would taking out Slumbering Dragon and replacing it with Dragon Egg make this deck any better due to Dragon Egg being able to block and when killed gives you a 2/2 dragon that become a 3/2 when i tap a red mana?

Took out Slumbering Dragon and its support cards, and replaced it with Dragon Egg and other cards that i believe will help this deck.
