The Jaeger = Cataclysmic Gearhulk !

The Kaiju = It That Betrays !

Other than that, theres no real correaltion to the movie lol. But the two cards actually go well together. The Cataclysmic Gearhulk makes everyone sac their board, and It That Betrays gives those cards to you.

Kami of False Hope + Gift of Immortality create a near infinite Holy Day effect that's tricky to get around.

Martyr's Bond (which I know isnt Modern Legal.. just replace it with some other card or effect if youre strictly Modern) sees your stuff leave play and Grave Pact effects other permanent types. So you can Dispeller's Capsule and Aura of Silence spot removal and everybody has to sac a matching type of permanent. Deathrender will make people think twice about what could end up on the table, and is an awesome rattlesnake card. Tragic Arrogance is a more selective Cataclysmic Gearhulk effect.
