I usually play this deck as a semi rush deck, hoping to pull Blistergrub or Child of Night early game.

Assassinate,Asphyxiate and Alms of the Vein to fend off my opponent in order to build up mana.

Rune-Scarred Demon has a tutor ability which allows play of the other Rune-scarred Demon and either Desecration Demon or Indulgent Tormentor.

Tokens required: 2 x Eldrazi Scion (Sacrifice to add colourless to mana pool) 1 x 5/5 Zombie Giant If using Ob Nixilis: 1 x Emblem - Nixilis (Whenever a player draws a card, you lose 2 life).
