This is just a pretty basic Minotaur deck on a budget. Getting out Ragemonger and you can quickly get out Kragma Warcaller to easily boost all your creatures attack. Using Lightning Bolt, Searing Spear and Terminate to destroy their creatures and get through. If you have Rageblood Shaman all your creatures will have trample making it easy to get through some damage.

Infernal Plunge is a great cards to get out some strong creatures early. If you get through to the player Assault Strobe is perfect for a huge strike, especially when given to Lord of Shatterskull Pass
