Felhide Brawler
Creature — Minotaur
Felhide Brawler can't block unless you control another Minotaur.

Cards I recommend:
Felhide Petrifier for obvious reasons.
Bomat Courier to test. You need a one drop creature. Felhide Brawler possibly. I do not like Felhide Minotaur, the Petrifier is better and you need all your 3 drops to be worth it. I know Ragemonger helps in that regard.
Fatal Push over Cast Down/Murder. Even Terminate is better. Dreadbore if you want to start a sideboard.
Just some thoughts. Happy building!

I agree that the Minotaur tribe... is rather lackluster and could use some assistance. As such, I don't think it's wrong that sacrificing any creature - including tokens - would be enough of a ticket to cast the Minotaur. Otherwise you're trading one nontoken for another nontoken and paying the cost for both. True Gravecrawler makes it a lot more tolerable, but I don't think it needs to be so complicated.
Take Haakon, Stromgald Scourge as a reference. He ain't much worth as a Commander that's true but you cast an Entomb or discard him from hand and you're good to play Knight tribal forever - or until someone exiles him or your graveyard, then you cry.
Haakon is just difficult to line up and his conditions and colors makes him less than ideal for the Commander post. However the Knight tribe is generally stronger and more established, whereas the Minotaurs needs some help and Molgrath you suggest costs 5 MV.
'
Alternatively you could include some additional benefit to reanimating, like reducing costs equal to the sacrificed creature's costs or have the entering or sacrificed creature deal damage to any target or something.
It doesn't feel that powerful nor exciting to cast a Felhide Brawler and then sacrifice it for the option to cast a Minotaur creature card from your graveyard that gains menace and zombie tribal benefits.
I mean look at Muldrotha, the Gravetide. I would say spice this one up! You have room to stuff in some more goodies.

The only reason I'm commenting is because I just got done brewing pauper minotaurs for my friend!
Minotaurs:
and not exactly tribal payoff but pretty solid to have in your backpocket, Flurry of Horns

I'm noticing a lot of bad minotaurs.
You should take out Ahn-Crop Invader, Soulreaper of Mogis, Smelt-Ward Minotaur, Ondu Champion, Minotaur Sureshot, Kragma Butcher, Frontline Devastator, Felhide Minotaur, Felhide Brawler, Cursed Minotaur, and Burning-Fist Minotaur for Neheb, the Worthy, Molten Echoes, Deathbellow War Cry, Anaba Spirit Crafter, Didgeridoo, Tahngarth, Talruum Hero, Anaba Ancestor, Gnarled Scarhide, Slaughter-Priest of Mogis, Metallic Mimic, and Flurry of Horns.
All together, this is a nice deck!

You should really cut the Felhide Brawlers for 1 copy of Boros Reckoner, 1 more Rageblood Shaman, and maybe another copy of Neheb, the Worthy.

definitely put in Felhide Brawler and swap your Lightning Strikes for better bolts, Incinerate and Lash Out are strictly better versions of Lightning Strike and Searing Blaze is even better.
The Fanatic of Mogis might as well be a quality 3 drop, extra copies of Rageblood Shaman and Boros Reckoner seem like obvious swaps.
I also thing 3 Kragma Warcallers is probably too much, a land or discard spell would go a long way to help your curve and consistency

I am a big fan of Minotaurs, even if it's an underdog tribal, but this one is lacking some important stuff. The curve (just the creatures) looks too slow for a modern aggro-deck. You need 4x Gnarled Scarhide as a one drop and pelase cut the Felhide Brawler for some Metallic Mimics. The Fanatic of Mogis is not good at all. It deals about 3dmg for devotion and dies to every kind of Removal. Even Pyroclasm. And for four mana you can get waaaay better things or should I rather say: For four mana, this dude has literally no impact and an aggro deck should play real finishers with cmc 4. I guess you want it to still be a budget deck, so Thoughtseize or Kolaghan's Command doesn't make sense here. Try out some Despise to get an early look at your opponents hand and disrupt his/her early-game. Use Bile Blight instead of Lightning Strike to deal with tokens or get an easy 2 for 1. You could go for 22 or 23 lands, especially with one or two Sulfurous Springs. A good aggro-curve (with all spells included) should look about: ~8 one-drops, ~10 two-drops and ~15 three-drops.

Felhide Brawler just seems kinda bad. I would consider bloodrage brawler or maaaaaybe Merciless Javelineer, though that's probably too slow.
