I tried to build a kazuul deck a while back.
some taunts to get you ogres include: Rage Nimbus, Goblin Diplomats, Lust for War, Bloodshed Fever.
just for fun includes: Mob Rule.
just for card draw includes: Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, Dangerous Wager.
finally i would run something like Fire Diamond or Worn Powerstone over pristine talisman

I had an earlier build that ran Lust for War and Rage Nimbus and they both felt subpar whenever I got them out. I'll look towards trying out a Goblin Diplomats though. I'm running Mob Rule already. ;) Card draw has been pretty sufficient thus far thanks to Howling Mine, Sea Gate Wreckage, Sin Prodder and Outpost Siege but I'll keep those in mind.

Finally, you're probably right on swapping out the Pristine Talisman, but I'm still wanting to see where the incidental lifegain falls in my meta. So far it's been semi-relevant, but generally less than good. I have a spare Basalt Monolith I might be looking to add in its place.
