Mono-blue counterspell deck.

This deck is great at stalling your opponents and once you equip Runechanter's Pike it's GG. Typically it can give a creature around +6/+0 and first strike and when you equip it to a transformed Delver of Secrets   it's very hard to stop. I can very easily make it to turn 7-8 before my opponents can actually get a permanent onto the battlefield for an entire turn.

Vapor Snag is a terrific card at such little mana cost because of its versatility. It can be used for aura/buff removal. It can be used to remove blockers. But perhaps the best way to utilize this card is to return an enemy creature to its opponents hand and then save a counter spell for when your opponent tries to re-cast that creature.

This is one of my favorite decks to play because it's a lot of fun and it's pretty good given how cheap it is.
