Attempting to build a post rotation Izzet Blitz. Cheap, fun and fast are the goals here.
Here are the card justifications:
Guttersnipe adds to the damage, obvious choice.
Nivix Cyclops is the crux of the build. He stays for sure.
Young Pyromancer is really cool. I wanted to add him in to take advantage of his killer effect. Open to suggestions but the potential to use an overloaded teleportal with his tokens is really tempting.
Armed / Dangerous a budget way to double strike.
Teleportal is the unblockable key for the deck, the overload is tempting with Young Pyromancer and it is the rotation replacement for Artful Dodge.
Izzet Charm is versatile. Counter, card or burn. Can't beat that!
Mizzium Skin is my anti removal tech. This is a card I'm still debating about. Not sure if it is worth keeping, putting in a counter, or replacing it with draw.
Quicken just looks amazing. Turns armed / dangerous or teleportal into a combat trick and replaces itself. Yum.
Shock. Why not?
Skullcrack is a simple instant speed burn. However, it only hits players so it is weak against creatures. Open to suggestions.
Burning Earth is a weird choice I know. If I run this right now, there are so many non basics right now it can burn or discourage spells. I want to get some feedback here. I am open to moving it but I like the theory.
I know steam vents aren't budget but I already own a play set, hence my desire to go U/R for standard.

Also. Dispel vs Spell Rupture. Spell Rupture can act like Mana Leak if Cyclops is in play and can hit more than instants. Ideas?
