Little combo around Helix Pinnacle that can lead you to victory by turn 2 (with the correct cards). I have not seen this combo anywhere else, but if it has been mentioned in the past, please tell me where so that I can give credit where it is due.

The Combo:

Devoted Druid + Helix Pinnacle + Vizier of Remedies

You are aiming to have all of these out by turn 2 or 3, preferably having played Devoted Druid on turn 1 so that you can add extra mana on your second/third turns and go infinite with Vizier of Remedies. Use the mana to add your counters to Helix Pinnacle to win the game.

The Strategy:

It doesn’t matter if you start first or second with the deck, as being on the play will let you have an easier time getting key pieces out and being on the draw will give you more cards. Play in whatever turn order feels best.

The ideal opening hand looks something like this:

• Gemstone Caverns

• Serum Powder (to exile with Gemstone Caverns)

• Devoted Druid

• Helix Pinnacle

• Vizier of Remedies

• Leyline of Anticipation

• Any Shockland/Horizon Land (Anything that can tap for 2 colors as soon as it hits the battlefield)

How to Play:

1. Mulligan your hands until you have a Gemstone Caverns, a turn 1 play such as Devoted Druid, Vizier of Remedies, Helix Pinnacle, and (preferably)/or Eladamri's Call, a land that can tap for 2 colors immediately (or a fetch) and a tutor. Ignore this step if you have drawn the land above.

2. Exile a useless card from your hand so that you can start out with Gemstone Caverns on the battlefield. If you have Leyline of Anticipation in your hand, start with that out as well.

3. If you have Helix Pinnacle and have your leyline out, play it with flash. If not, begin the game and play your land. Using your 2 mana sources, play Devoted Druid, Vizier of Remedies, or your tutor.

4. You Hopefully Have all of your combo pieces by now, so, if you have cast your Devoted Druid, play a land, your Vizier of Remedies and Helix Pinnacle.

5. Win. This is pretty consistent with winning on (your) 3rd turn given the right hand, which surprisingly isn't that difficult to get.

If you have the Ideal Hand, play this instead:

Turn 0: Gemstone Caverns exiling Serum Powder, Leyline of Anticipation, Helix Pinnacle with Flash

Turn 1: Land, Devoted Druid

Turn 2: Vizier of Remedies, tap and untap Devoted Druid infinitely and add mana to Helix Pinnacle winning you the game.
