Mono Black Demon Tribal

Casual* Demons Mono-Black Tribal

This deck exists on the principal that demons are evil and anyone that is playing a demon based deck must also be. In a multiplayer game this deck has the distinction of being the only deck I know that forces opponents to help you after you finish killing them! Your win comes from dropping outrageously cheap 5/5 flying demons as early as possible and then proceeding to drop the beat. In late game you will hit them with devastating loss of life abilities to push for the finish.

Abyssal Persecutor is too powerful for it's mana cost at the best of times but when you pair it with Heartless Summoning things can get downright silly. His draw back can actually turn to advantage in multiplayer games because it forces anyone whose health drops below 0 to essentially become your temporary ally.(the only way for them to not lose is to either heal or bring all of your opponents health down to below 0, then kill you). And since you have come packing with murders, Rite of Consumption and Hellcarver Demon ,getting rid of this guy shouldn't ever be much of an issue

Desecration Demon plays much the same role as the persecutor the only difference is that his downside is even more work aroundable. This guy forces your opponents to make the decision of whether they want to take a huge blow to the face as early as turn 2 or start sacrificing their hard earned creatures to delay attack but also make your guy bigger. In conjunction with Essence Harvest and Rite of Consumption this guys will let you throw around some crazy ass damage early on.

Bloodgift Demon will keep you loaded up with cards at a minimal cost. He can also pack a sold flying punch.

Hellcarver Demon is a surprisingly vital tool in this deck. He can clean sweep your Abyssal Persecutor s once your opponents are <0. He can take away your Heartless Summoning and let your demons hit for all they are worth. He can pack a good punch himself as well. It can be a little touchy playing him for obvious reasons so be careful, but it wouldn't be a demon deck if your creatures were reliable!

Seizan, Perverter of Truth , Pestilence Demon , Stronghold Overseer , Reiver Demon and Rune-Scarred Demon are all super powerful cards that work in the right situation. For this reason I only have one of each in this deck. With the help of bloodspeaker I can often pick the demon I need for the right situation.

Heartless Summoning is an awesome way to make some creatures that are normally tough to play because of cost far more attainable. A 6/6 flying demon for 4 is a fantastic card a 5/5 flying demon for 2 is insane. I could list everything Heartless Summoning helps to run but i suppose you could just as easily look at my deck list under "creatures'' because they would all be here. Dark Summoning is a straight up over powered mana producer and I am happy to abuse it in this deck.

Mark of the Oni is one of very few cards that tie the demon tribal together. This guy only cost 3 and requires you to do virtually nothing that your weren't already trying to do. I can't stress enough how great it is to steal your opponents creatures for 3 measly mana. Has won me the game on a very regular basis.

I hope you like this deck! It has certainly been one of my favorites. If you have any thoughts on ways to improve please drop a comment!
