Better (?) version of my first Golgari Mill deck. You can pull off a turn 3 win pretty easily, maybe a turn 4 win if you're unlucky with your mills and opener.

Speaking of opening hands, any hand without Altar of Dementia is pretty much a loss. In order to pull off the Hogaak mill OTK, you need an Altar. You can fill your GY up with Bridge from Below as you play the turn out, but you absolutely need to find the altar.

The OTK is as follows:

1: Get Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis into the GY (or hand if you have it there already) 2: Use Altar of Dementia to sac Hogaak and mill yourself for 8, hopefully milling some copies of Bridge from Below. 3: Using the cards you just milled, cast Hogaak from the GY and sac it to the Altar again to mill yourself for 8, and create some tokens from Bridge from Below 4: Repeat until you can't (don't deck out), then do everything again but milling your opponent. Also sacrificing the 2/2 Zombie tokens you get to mill your opponent after tapping them for Hogaak's convoke. Since you generate a few tokens every cycle, you should be able to completely mill your opponent out.

Changelog:

v2.1: Replaced 4x Buried Alive with 4x Entomb. v2.2: Replaced 4x Entomb with 4x Narcomoeba
