The Gitrog Monster and Squandered Resources allows for a massive amount of mana. Assuming you had 5 mana to play Gitrog monster on turn 5, sac a land for his upkeep cost and play a 5th land again. Tap each land and sacrifice each land individually to trigger card draw for each land. 10 Mana in the mana pool and a full hand. Hopefully you'll have a Splendid Reclamation by then to get all of your lands back and sacrifice each again for more mana and more card draw. Sac, draw, Splendid Reclamation, repeat. Having a Retreat to Hagra out before turn 5 would deal well over 20 damage to each opponent from the landfall triggers.
