Testing a deck that uses Splendid Reclamation and other landfall abilities to cause massive life loss. The combo pieces are Retreat to Hagra, and enablers like Evolving Wilds and Blighted Woodland. To make Splendid Reclamation more effective, I have cards that can put lands into the graveyard like Fork in the Road , Grapple with the Past , and Merciless Resolve . Another incredibly useful card is, of course, The Gitrog Monster. He combos very well with cards like Evolving Wilds and Fork in the Road while also accelerating the deck's land engine and providing card draw. Drawback: HE'S LEGENDARY!!! AAAHHHH!!!

Game Day Update V2 — Oct. 19, 2016

Did some more testing and decided that even a turn 2 Sylvan Advocate isn't going to help that much in any match-up. He is out and Noose Constrictor is back in the SB after I remembered that he has reach.

I have replaced the advocates in the MB with World Breaker. I believe he as a place in this deck as both a large reach blocker and desperately needed artifact removal (Smuggler's Copter, literally ANY of the gearhulks, Aetherworks Marvel, Dynavolt Tower). Plus, he has the added bonus of sacrificing my lands to get him back, lands that can then fuel a Splendid Reclamation.

To more consistently have the mana for breaker's ability, I have added one Wastes and a Drownyard Temple. The temple also combos really nicely with The Gitrog Monster and Merciless Resolve.

I also at the last minute decided to go with 3 Ruinous Path in the SB because I am very worried about facing off against planeswalkers; any other suggestions on dealing with them would be much appreciated.
