A cheap Blue and Red control set mostly using cards from the 2007 set "Future Sight". It's based on time controlling mechanics to get out big unblockable or flying creatures and holding the opponent back with defenders and removals, putting him on the clock and messing up his plans at regular intervals.

I'm still trying to figure out how much I need exactly of everything, any help is appreciated. I'm trying to keep it casual and cheap.
