Sadly some of your card choices aren't modern legal: Counterspell, Propaganda, Sigil of Sleep. The Propaganda effect moved to White, Counterspell is unlikely to return, but Mana Leak will do for the moment and to replace Sigil of Sleep your best bet is Hands of Binding or just run Vapor Snag.
I also have some card suggestions; Looter il-Kor and Infiltrator il-Kor, Shadow might as well say "Can't block and can't be blocked", just like the Inkfathom Infiltrator.

Mill is not a super powerful strategy in most formats, so personally I would lean more towards something else. Maybe just straight control with a win condition like AEtherling or smaller unblockable dudes like Infiltrator il-Kor. Zombies can be great too if you want super resilient threats, but they are not usually very hard to block.

Edric and the Weenie Stampede

I love equipment in my Edric decks, just add in any unblockable dork and you got something good.. Empyrial Plate, Sword of the Animist, Captain's Claws, Quietus Spike, & Sword of Feast and Famine. Also One with Nature, Stolen Identity, Spontaneous Generation, Arachnogenesis, Bear Umbra, Harvest Season, Spawnwrithe and Kessig Cagebreakers have been awesome for me. Also don't forget about shadow guys like Infiltrator il-Kor, Looter il-Kor, etc. they are also basically unblockable. I have 2 edric decks built on here you can see for more ideas:

Should I move the 4x Spellstutter Sprite to the mainboard ?
They should be pretty good with the other 14 faeries in the deck.
Also what do you think about Whirler Rogue or Infiltrator il-Kor for this deck ?

Door of Destinies, Dolmen Gate, Neurok Stealthsuit, Infiltrator il-Kor, more Palace Siege-types. Falkenrath Noble and Blood Artist if you're ok with diluting the merfolkness. Bloodchief Ascension, Liability, Maralen of the Mornsong, Painful Quandary (I have a copy). Polluted Bonds, Quest for the Nihil Stone, Shrieking Affliction, Vela the Night-Clad. Wound Reflection is hilarious.
