Turn three: Spectral Procession/Timely Reinforcements

Turn four: Precinct Captain and then Raise the Alarm at instant speed at the end of opponent's turn.

Get out as many Honor of the Pure and Intangible Virtue as you can.

Midnight Haunting and Raise the Alarm should only be cast at instant speed in response to something else (like a board wipe).

Squadron Hawk is an effective hand filler, deck thinner, and shuffle machine.

Use Oblivion Ring to get rid of the nasty stuff you don't like.

Geist-Honored Monk is an end-game alternative, in case your army of boosted 1/1 soldiers/spirits doesn't work.
