This deck uses high tide interactions to generate storm counters. Brain freeze finishes the job. In one of my better wins, I milled my opponent for 174 cards. This is under 200 bucks, even with 6 fetches. This deck works well against everything except blue decks with counters. Any suggestions are appreciated:-)
