The jist of the deck is to draw cards like crazy, and let that card draw fuel Psychic Corrosion.

Control your opponent's board with Counters and Blinks, and ramp into Legendary Merfolk and Omniscience with kicked Grow from the Ashes and Vodalian Arcanist. When you've got more mana than you know what to do with, Arch of Orazca, Memorial to Genius, and Mystic Archaeologist give you places to dump mana for card draw.

It still needs a sideboard. For that, I'll be considering stuff to put the graveyard back into the library- and stuff like that.
